In the initial consultation we will discuss your preferences, needs and wants. Phases of Design works with contractors or directly with home owners to create detailed floor plans, elevations and mood boards.  This may include specific door style and finishes, hardware, counter top materials, appliances, wall and floor finishes, architectural details and mechanical & electrical locations.  Once completed the process of coordinating all components of the room begins.
