I am hoping at this point you have explored our website and/or check us out on Facebook and Houzz. (if you haven’t, please see yourself that way after this learning session!) Brief company recap: We are a full service #interiordesign firm that excels at all phases of design.
Design of what exactly? Residential, commercial and kitchen + Bath projects large and small!
Our repertoire includes new construction, remodels, and additions which all begin at the same design phase, meeting the client! Each projects phase order is based on its size and the relationship between designer and client. Meaning, an individual client with a simple project or an extensive project involving an organizational board.
WHAT ARE THE PHASES OF DESIGN?
Beautiful buildings and spaces are created using a design process that brings numerous elements together to make a pleasing totality. (Form AND Function) This process is completed through design phases (or, stages). There are five distinct phases of design:

The phases of design are an interior designer’s plan of action to ensure the project is precise to the client requests in the most efficient manner. It also maintains an open written dialog between both parties, so when working on a design everyone knows where the project stands.
EVERY PROJECT HAS DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS!
At Phases of Design, llc we understand that every client that comes to us is unique. We believe the process of design is the formal guide to a successful project but also understand that each project may require a single phase.
For example;
Are you remodeling your home but only need floor plans? Then Phase 1-4 are all you need!
Is your company needing to create a development plan? Then Phase 1-3 would be appropriate.
Ready to move forward with your completed floor plans and need assistance selecting FF&E (Finishes, furniture, and equipment). Hello phase 4 + 5!
Do you need space plans and programming data for your office building? Phases 1-2 are perfect you!
